Extraordinary service-minded staff in reception desk and business lounge. The room was brand-new and reasonably large with fine linens and a bedroom, as expected

Everything in this modern hotel was perfect, we liked it. The location was favourable and excellent, for example, G Tzameret Complex was within a close distance from the property.

Very central location was a plus. Updated and big room with twin beds, an overlooking view plus showers, and the pool was amazing.

The Leonardo City Tower Hotel in Tel Aviv is a luxurious place with clean rooms. the staff at the reception desk and business lounge are knowledgeable and the best. the hotel has an excellent location with particularly nice views.

Great location with a Jewelry Store nearby, plus a Diamond Exchange District to explore. I booked a deluxe room that had everything I needed, like central heating to keep me cozy, pay television for entertainment, and a safe for extra security. 🛋️

Hotel didn't have any restaurants open apart form a small place on the 4th floor due to renovation. They should have advised that the hotel was under renovation. Location is very bad as there is nothing around during the night

Room was spacious and clean. Typical Sheraton Business hotel style. I hope the Leonardo chain will keep this functionality.

Very little staff for such a big hotel. It could almost be described like an Embassy Suite style hotel.
